 Regina Williams has been the Athletic Director at Withrow University High School since 2021. She is a product of Cincinnati Public Schools as a proud Tiger graduate. She continued her successful high school athletic career to play Division I Women's collegiate basketball at the University of Cincinnati. She has worked with youth in the community for over thirty years, serving as Assistant Athletic Director for ten years before stepping into the lead role of Athletic Director at Withrow. Her accomplishments were recognized by the Cincinnati Public Schools Hall of Fame, as well as Withrow University High School's Hall of Fame. She sets precedent as the first Black female Athletic Director in CPS history.

Since her time as AD, Withrow's Athletic Program has received several accolades including but not limited to: 2023 Ohio Division II Boys State Rugby Championship, '22 - '24 Football CMAC Champions, '24 Boys Soccer CMAC Champions, '21 and '22 Girls Softball CMAC Champions, and '24 Girls Volleyball CMAC Champions.
